PANTHER SHELL HOUSE - KR

Casa Molusco Pantera emerges from an inkwell where architecture and design draw nourishment from understanding the people who will inhabit it, their dynamics, their relationships, what they find valuable, and also from what, although superfluous, is a daily and inescapable part of life, and no less poetic because of it.

Designing interiors transcends mere decoration because it involves returning to that understanding of people that triggers architecture, but at an even more intimate and personal level. Understanding those objects that define us, because we have chosen them, and that we carry with us, placing them in our spaces to exalt them because they in turn exalt us.

The collaboration between architecture and interiors is crucial because the former must allow the dialogue of the interiors to unfold, facilitate contact with them, and complete the atmosphere.

Architecture and interiors become infinitely more powerful when intertwined because nothing is out of place and the symbiosis they generate allows us to truly enjoy both.

Casa Molusco Pantera is Kenya and JIS. It is the stage that JDEstudio builds for them and that KRE finishes cohesively. It is also a rare paradox between what unites them but also what separates them and allows each to express their individuality, philosophy, sophistication, the surface of their depth, and their desire to live and enjoy life.
